Brow and Lash Spa

I came here after reading so many great reviews, but my experience was horrible. At no point was the staff friendly, welcoming, or attentive. I arrived Saturday at 5 PM and the place was completely empty. There was an older woman and a teenage girl working. Right away, the older woman made a comment in her language calling me fat. I am certain she didn’t think I would understand it. The younger girl then did my eyebrows—something I have been getting done most of my adult life and completely ruined them. When I pointed it out, she was condescending, making excuses about my brows being two different sizes and insisting she was just doing what I asked for. Between the total lack of respect, terrible customer service, and poor technical skill, I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

I come here to get my eyebrows threaded and every single time they look absolutely AMAZING! Nita is incredible at what she does, and I definitely recommend coming here. The price is also the cherry on top, super affordable! If anyone is debating on coming here.....DO IT! :)

I’ve been here a few times, and the eyebrow service itself was good. However, during my last visit, I had a disappointing experience while paying. The card reader wasn’t accepting my tap payment, and the lady instead of politely asking to see my card or explaining what to do, the employee abruptly took my card from my hand. I found this interaction rude and unprofessional. Customer service is just as important as the service being provided, and unfortunately this experience is the reason I won’t be returning.
